  • What is your pricing?

    $180 hourly (4 hour minimum)
    $180 hourly afterwards.

    Tips for drivers are encouraged but at the customer’s discretion.

  • How many people can fit on the bus?

    The Black Bus seats up to 18 passengers or 16 passengers and one wheelchair.

    The White Bus seats up to 18 passengers or 9 passengers and up to 3 wheelchairs.

  • Is The Cool Bus wheelchair accessible?

    Yes. Both buses have a handicap-accessible ramp and designated wheelchair seating.

  • What types of events can I book The Cool Bus for?

    The Cool Bus is available for sporting events, concerts, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday parties, corporate outings, hockey tournaments, and any other event where transportation and a good time go hand in hand.

  • What is included in the tailgating package?

    The Tailgate Package includes a BBQ and utensils, a tent, a table, a Bluetooth speaker, a beer tub and cooler, and optional cornhole boards. Parking near the venue is available at an additional cost for Ford Field and Comerica Park events. Food can be added for an additional cost. Select this option at check-out and we’ll reach to via email to confirm details.

  • How long can we rent the bus for?

    Standard rentals are for 4–6 hours, with the option to add more time at an hourly rate. Need a full-day or custom timeframe? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons like football season, concert weekends, and holidays. Dates fill up fast.

  • Do you offer pick-up and drop-off at multiple locations?

    Yes, we can coordinate multiple stops depending on your event and timing. Just include the details when booking so we can plan accordingly.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol?

    BYOB rules apply based on local laws. Check with us directly when booking.
